The 37th Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards, often called "America’s Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration," will take place at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on September 5th, with the broadcast premiering on PBS on September 27th.

The Hispanic Heritage Awards (HHAs) return to the Kennedy Center this year with a star-studded lineup of performers and honorees. Celebrated as one of the nation’s most prestigious Latino cultural events, the ceremony will honor influential figures in the Hispanic community, featuring a dynamic blend of music, culture, and inspiring tributes.

Hosted by actress Annie González, best known for her role in "Flamin’ Hot," the event will include musical performances by Los Ángeles Azules, Morat, Nathy Peluso, Cimafunk, and Ximena Sariñana. The ceremony promises to be a vibrant celebration of Latino culture, showcasing a mix of traditional and contemporary musical acts.

The night will also feature appearances by prominent Latino figures, including actor John Leguizamo, music legend Emilio Estefan Jr., celebrity chef Pati Jinich, and actress Lisa Vidal. This year’s awards will honor six notable individuals and groups: renowned fashion designer Carolina Herrera, comedian Julio Torres, NBA star Carmelo Anthony, Beautyblender creator Rea Ann Silva, Cumbia band Los Ángeles Azules, and the late baseball icon Roberto Clemente, who will be recognized posthumously.

The Hispanic Heritage Awards were established by the White House in 1988 to honor the creation of Hispanic Heritage Month and celebrate Latino contributions to the U.S. The event, supported by 40 national Hispanic-serving institutions, has grown into a major cultural touchstone, highlighting the achievements and influence of the Latino community.
